On this adventure where trekkers can view high mountains including Mt. Everest and adjoining range of peaks as well exploring local Sherpa cultures of great interest that you can notice all along the walks with the duration of a week treks.
Brief Description of Trekking Procedure:
Starts with scenic short flight from Kathmandu to land at Lukla small airstrip known as Tenzing and Hillary airport, where walk takes you on pleasant path heading past nice farm villages decorated with Buddhism prayer symbols and spinning bells that makes an interesting picture to catch in your camera.
As walk progress enter Sagarmatha National Park (Sagarmatha for Everest in Nepal) heading into river valley covered within a cool shade of forest and then climb to the large village at Namche Bazaar.
Namche Bazaar located at 3,440 m an ideal spot for all trekkers to spend extra days for acclimatization as well for a short scenic hike to viewpoints that offers a marvelous panorama of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse with majestic Amadablam and range of peaks.
At Namche Bazaar where one can find almost all types of modern facilities besides nice hotels and lodge with banks and ATM where once a week on Saturday busy and colorful market takes place.
From Namche heading to our final destination reaching the highest point of the adventure at Tengboche Monastery at 3,867 m high surrounded by an array of mountains with views of Mt. Everest toward the north with Amadablam at close range.
At Tengboche enjoy wonderful time visiting its impressive monastery and observe young monks and priests on religious activities a great scenic spot in the midst of beautiful forest surroundings with mountain views.
After Tengboche downhill to Namche and then to reach Lukla where the short panoramic flight takes you back at Kathmandu, with ever-glorious memories and wonderful experience on Everest Panorama Trekking with All Nepal Excursion Treks grand services.
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel.
Upon arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport you will be welcomed and greeted by All Nepal Excursion's staff and guides for a short drive to your hotel in the hub of Kathmandu city around the most interesting area in Thamel.
On checking your rooms, getting refreshed join with other trekkers for briefing provided by our guide or leader.
Evening enjoys group dinner in a nice authentic Nepalese restaurant with a live cultural program to entertain you with dinner.
Day 02: Fly to Lukla 2,820 m and trek to Phakding 2,640 m - 04 hrs.
Early morning depart from for exciting flight drive to reach Lukla around Nepal Far Mid East, a busy town with a unique small airport named as Tenzing and Hillary, famous mountaineers to reach Mt. Everest in early 1955.
From Lukla first day walk begins with downhill following Dudh Kosi River to reach Phakding village for the overnight stop.
Day 03: Trek to Namche Bazaar 3,440 m - 05 hrs.
Morning on the pleasant path walking into pines and rhododendron tree lines with views of the snow-capped peak, the walk follows upstream crossing over bridges to enter Sagarmatha National Park at Monjo.
Sagarmatha Park listed in world heritage sites, the trail follows to a high bridge and climb to Namche Bazaar, a colorful large village, nearly a size of a town with many good houses serving as hotels and lodge.
At Namche Bazaar facilities of ATM, Banks, post office, Cyber Café, Trekking / Climbing shops with stores and café, bakeries, restaurants facing views of Kwangde peaks towards the south.
Day 04: Rest day at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization and excursion.
Namche Bazaar an ideal spot for rest day and acclimatization at 3,440 meters high before heading higher elevation. The morning after breakfast take a short walk to the top of Namche at Park headquarter area with a museum full of information regarding the Khumbu / Everest area of Sherpa religions, culture, history, mountaineering to flora and flora.
High hill of Namche offers stunning views of Amadablam, Tharmarserku, Kantega, Kwangde, Khumbila with Mt. Everest and Lhotse towards North, after an impressive morning head back to lodge for lunch with afternoon free to relax and catch up with the dairy and browse around the street of Namche, where once a week Saturday market/bazaar takes place.
Day 05: Trek to Tengboche 3,867 m - 05hrs.
After a pleasant rest day at Namche, morning leads to a short climb and then on a nice scenic trail within rhododendron and pine trees with views of Amadablam and Everest.
As walk then descends to Imjatse River at Phunge Tenga, a small place with few tea shops, a favorite lunch stop place.
With the refreshing stop, the second half of the journey leads to climbing for a few hours into the cool shade of the forest to reach on top at Tengboche and the monastery.
A scenic spot with grand views of Amadablam, Kantega, Thamersarkhu, Kwangde and Mt. Everest, a holy spot as the head lama (Rinpoche) of the monastery resides here.
At Tengboche monastery mountaineers also get blessed from high lama (priest) for a successful and safe climb, where once a year in the month of October great colorful festival takes place called Mani-Rimdu.
Day 06: Trek to Monjo 2,875 m via Namche and transfer to lodge - 06 hrs.
Today a long day walk where route lead past Namche Bazaar for lunch, after a scenic and pleasant walk of the day, afternoon trek continues with much descend to reach at the bottom of Dudh Kosi River valley and gorge.
The walk takes you past Jorsalle with a short climb to enter the exit of Sagarmatha National Park to reach at Monjo village for the overnight stop.
Day 07: Trek back to Lukla - 06 hrs.
A pleasant and relaxing walk as route heads back to Lukla on last day trek of the adventure, with few short climbs, brings you back to Lukla for last overnight stop around Khumbu and Everest and farewell to our loyal and friendly porters.
Day 08: Fly back to Kathmandu afternoon free at leisure.
The flight starts early morning, transfer to Tenzing and Hillary air terminal at Lukla airport onboarding the plane a sweeping flight of 35 minutes brings you back in Kathmandu and then transfer to respective hotels with rest of the day free at leisure.
Day 09: International departure to respective countries homeward bound.
Last day in the land of world highest mountains and exciting cultures, as per your time for international flight depart from the hotel, where All Nepal Treks staff and guide transfers you to the airport, with grand experience and wonderful memories of Everest Panorama Trekking.
